"On 12/15 my vehicle was deemed a total loss. Patrick contacted me the same week the accident occurred. My auto draft continued to process after the loss. 1/7/25 I spoke with Patrick and also sent an email asking the removal of the vehicle, stop auto draft and to back date to 12/15/25. More than 30 days since my original request and multiple emails I have yet to receive a refund from the money paid after the loss."
