I’m a people person at heart. Nothing gets me more energized than connecting with new customers, pinpointing their needs, and helping them learn about their options. Hi, I’m Patrick Jones, a local State Farm agent in Hazelwood, MO, also serving the greater St. Louis metropolitan area in Missouri and Illinois. I’ve been in the State Farm family over 20 years, starting out as a claims agent helping customers who were recovering from losses. This gave me a passion for helping people, deep experience with a variety of insurance products, and an understanding of what people need to be completely covered.

I believe in being clear and honest with customers, so I can help them find the right package to protect themselves and their families. But more than that, I want them to feel they have a real friend and partner in their insurance. My friendly, professional staff and I are known for our top-notch customer service, and many of our customers choose to stay with us a long time because of it. I was honored when State Farm recognized my office for our commitment to service and performance with the Ambassador for Life Qualifier award and the Legion of Honor Qualifier Silver Honor award.

I grew up just across the river in Illinois, and I’m a proud graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I earned my degree in finance. Outside the office, you’ll probably find me cheering on one of my three kids at a game or concert, or if it’s baseball season, you might catch me up in the bleachers (go Cardinals!).
